Due to our tremendous growth, BE'S Refreshments, NE Wisconsin's premier refreshments company, is seeking Vending Route Delivery Drivers to join our team! This exciting position will start as a Route Trainee/Floater, learning all aspects of the vending machine and micro-market world.

Salaries start at $41,000 per year with the opportunity to make much more on our commission based pay structure once trained!

Must be willing and able to start between 2am-5am, and work Monday-Friday. Paid holidays, be home every night, and NO WEEKENDS!

Job Duties:

• Work on designated routes with various Route Managers and Supervisors to learn all aspects of our company and the refreshments business
• Daily merchandising including restocking and removing product based on expiration dates
• Organize all product with care, ensuring the highest level of quality aesthetic appeal
• Drive existing sales by anticipating and understanding customer ordering and consumption patterns
• Establish and build customer relationships and rapport by providing exceptional customer service and communication at all times
• Remove and replenish cash/change from equipment and issue refunds as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Prior route or merchandising experience preferred, but not required
• Valid and clean driver license required
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug and background screening
• Excellent customer service and communication

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift, load, push and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Must be able to walk, stand, climb, bend, twist and squat repeatedly throughout the shift
• Must be comfortable with variation of temperatures - in and out warm/cool or hot/cold vehicles and company facilities
