Key Responsibilities:

1. Collision Repair: Perform all aspects of collision repair, including dent removal, panel replacement, and framework.
2. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all work meets industry standards and customer expectations.
3. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and operate the latest automotive repair equipment and tools with care and precision.
4. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Body Shop Technician.
• Proficiency in auto body repair techniques, including welding, dent repair, and frame straightening.
• Strong knowledge of automotive painting and refinishing processes.
• Ability to use and maintain auto body repair equipment and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if applicable).
• Relevant certification(s) preferred.
