JOB DESCRIPTION

Standing in a predetermined location, move and spin a sign to draw attention and drive traffic to new home communities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ability to hold and move a lightweight sign to attract attention.
• Stand outdoors for 40 minutes for four to six-hour shifts.
• Own a mobile phone to check in and take a photo.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Willingness to work on weekends.
