Responsibilities & Typical Duties
Keep accurate records and logs in orderly system and maintain job files
Manage the contract administration requirements for multiple projects
Obtain material and supply procurement from multiple vendors
Process contract documents including RFI’s, change orders, submittals, subcontracts and general communication
Review and understand technical specifications and construction drawings
Organize and process large amounts of verbal and written information in a timely manner
Communicate both verbally and in writing with customers and fellow team members
Experience in mechanical industry preferred
Previous experience with commercial construction administration to support the Project Manager, Field and project requirements
Possess strong organizational, communication, leadership and customer service skills
Must be detail oriented, thorough & accurate
Able to react quickly
Analyze problems and consistently make proper decisions
Work successfully with limited supervision
Have a strong working knowledge of Windows & related computer systems
Able to read, understand, and apply specification requirements
Able to recognize needs, develop solutions and implement
