All The Right Moves is seeking a mover who is ready to work for a small, family-owned company in business here since 2003. Seeking those individuals who are responsible, self-motivated, accountable and care about their own integrity and work ethic. This business is all about HELPING PEOPLE during a stressful time. We are seeking those who are compassionate. Believe it or not, but this business MAKES A DIFFERENCE in the people we serve. We maintain an excellent reputation and appreciate that our crew is vital in working well with each other and for our customers. Whether Part-Time or Full-Time, the right crew can have a job here as long as they want it!

HOURLY PAY: depends on your previous mover experience (we are willing to TRAIN the right crew). Short Probation pays $14 - $17 per hour (NOT taxed) + TIPS. This 2 week probation period is for us to evaluate your skills and work ethic. THEN - PAY CAN QUICKLY INCREASE with excellent job performance, attitude, reliability and customer/crew feedback. Position pays weekly. After probation, you will be an employee - generally starting at $16-$17/ + PLUS TIPS for helpers/trainees and $18+ for those with experience. We do not hire for 1099 or cash pay. PAY CAN INCREASE QUICKLY with excellent job performance.

MUST HAVE: a valid driver's license, your own vehicle (not shared), a clean driving & background history, and a personal cell phone. Please, do NOT call if you do not meet these requirements.

OUR GOAL FOR YOU: to learn/advance in the mover trade and excel to earn great pay. We want to train you to SOON become a Crew Leader and a Qualified Mover/Driver. We can schedule you around another job or if you’re attending classes. Jobs generally run Monday through Saturday. The BEST workers get the BEST schedules and can earn the BEST PAY! Crew Leaders/Drivers can earn $18 - $22 / hour + tips.
