Summary: The primary objective of this position is to welcome and seat guests. To be successful in the position, previous experience in a high volume, fast paced environment is preferred.  

Strive to meet and exceed customer needs

Answer phones and book reservations

Work with the staff to ensure guest satisfaction 

May do checkouts for our FOH team

May assign waitstaff to seating sections

Will adhere to the company attendance policy and dress code (proper uniform including non-slip shoes) 

Skills and Experience: 

Preferred minimum of 3 years' experience as a Host/Hostess or similar role 

Experience in handling reservations

Computer literate 

Prefer working knowledge of guest seating software programs (preferably SEVENROOMS but not mandatory)

Friendly and outgoing personality
