Skyline Personnel currently is looking for a positive and professional Account Manager / Customer Service Sales Representative to join our clients team. Your role in this position will be our customers' first point of contact, responsible for delivering the best-in-class customer support experience.
Base of $40,000 - $50,000 + commission
- Make and receive customer calls
- Assist with purchase orders to ensure accuracy and to ensure product is delivered per spec.
- Ensuring customer orders and delivery schedules are being met.
- Work with the Inventory team on purchase orders
- Quoting, sampling, and developing products
- Follow-up with customers periodically to ensure their needs are met
- Domestic travel
- Strong communication skills, verbally and written.
- Proficient Microsoft 365 - specifically proficient with Excel
