Skyline Personnel currently is looking for a positive and professional Account Manager / Customer Service Sales Representative to join our clients team. Your role in this position will be our customers' first point of contact, responsible for delivering the best-in-class customer support experience.

Base of $40,000 - $50,000 + commission

Job Responsibilities:

• Make and receive customer calls
• Assist with purchase orders to ensure accuracy and to ensure product is delivered per spec.
• Ensuring customer orders and delivery schedules are being met.
• Work with the Inventory team on purchase orders
• Quoting, sampling, and developing products
• Follow-up with customers periodically to ensure their needs are met
• Domestic travel

Skills:

• Strong communication skills, verbally and written.
• Proficient Microsoft 365 - specifically proficient with Excel
• Detail-oriented
• Responsive
