Flowback Field Supervisor
- Experienced in all applications of sweet well testing applications
- Effectively communicate with associated oilfield services
- Responsible for crew safety, environmental impact and safety of others in the work area
- Able to maintain and service all well testing equipment associated with sweet well testing
- Perform logistics for crew and equipment mobilization
- Able to determine equipment necessary for sweet well testing applications
- Communicate effectively with client, on site personal and operations managers
- Responsible submitting all data, samples, tickets and paperwork
- Effective working knowledge of rules and regulations provided by governing regulatory bodies for sweet well testing
- Able to work away from home and necessary hours that can exceed 12 hrs. per shift
- Capable of rigging equipment in and out associated with the job
- Take orders for assigned duties from supervisors and management
· Responsible for training positions under your supervision
· Must have a minimum of 4 years- experience as a flowback supervisor
· Must have clean driving record and valid driver’s license in order haul company equipment, with a minimum of 1-million-dollar insurance policy
· Must be able to work in the elements 12-14 hours a day if needed
· Must be able to lift approximately 100 pounds consecutively throughout the day if needed
· Must be able to pass Drug & Alcohol testing upon employment and do so randomly
· Must be able to pass Background Check
