Alliance Workforce has an immediate opening for a Shipper / Warehouse Associate to work at for a great company in Largo!

To be successful in this position, you must have reliable transportation as attendance is critical to this key role for the company. You must also be able to lift 40+ lbs continuously. You will also need some computer skills to handle the shipping systems. You must be able to work at a fast pace consistently and focus on getting the job done.

The position consists of learning the shipping processes, palletizing orders, shipping through freight carriers and small package carriers like UPS/FedEx.

Shipping experience is preferred but not required. You must have some warehouse experience to be considered.

This is a temp to hire opportunity, hours are Monday through Friday, 830AM-5PM, and the pay rate is $14.50 with the possibility of a pay increase after 90 days based off of performance and attendance.
