Regular Reset Team Member:

This team is responsible for merchandising product in Hannaford Supermarkets.  They add the new items and fixtures to Center Store: Grocery, Dairy, Frozen, General Merchandise and Health & Beauty Care. Planograms are used to identify the location of the items. The team works on average 6-8 hours per day and averages 30 hours per week, visiting 1 store location per day. Depending on the area, most teams starts at 7:00 am. During each 2-week cycle, 5-10 different categories are reset. You must have your own transportation and arrive at the store for the designated time. Carpooling is allowed, but each associate is expected to work on their assigned days. Hiring in MA, ME, NH, NY and VT. Pay Ray is $13.50 - $15 per hour.

Supplies needed for the job are a pen and a tape measure. Dress code is a company supplied vest and name badge. You allowed to wear jeans and sneakers. Benefits available with 30 days: Medical/Dental/Eye Care.

The team does not work Holidays or Weekends. Any tolls incurred are also reimbursed in the expense check with receipt or statement. Mileage compensation is paid after 30 min. and 30 miles. There are 4 weeks the team does not work due to store volume. Those weeks are: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, and 4^th of July.
